Observation

Lamp cording in the child care space is loose and needs to be affixed to wall to remove the hazard of a loop forming cord. Outside there is an extension cord that was hanging from the above deck to the yard and was accessible to children. The cording formed loops. Extension cords can only be used for temporary/brief time frames. Secure heavy baskets on shelves. Outlet in restroom and by sink in room was observed to be GFCI but not tamper resistant. Some outlets in the space have the twistable child proof outlets and are still intact. There are some outlets that are intact twistable child proof outlets and need to be changed out to be tamper resistant outlets.
